An October Tea Time

Hello Tea Friends!

It is a rainy and windy October day.

A perfect time for a cup of hot tea.

My little October Angel is joining us today.

The teacup is Royal Albert's October Flower of the Month Series.

I was fortunate to find the matching tea plate on one of my thrifting travels.

I am so pleased that I now have all 12 months in the series.  I found the last one to complete my set on e-bay for a good price.

What are you collecting?

Thank you for stopping by!

Have a Wonderful Weekend!

  1. Hi Karen, How wonderful you have all 12 of the teacups! I have just the two teacups and saucers and only the May teacup without the saucer. (Forgot I have the Dec. One too!) Yes I was very lucky to find the teapot! I guess the hunt is on for more teacups and dessert plates! Happy fall to you and many blessings too!

  2. Beautiful teacups!!! I love the october angel too, it' s so sweet.
    Hugs Alessandra

  3. What a sweet OCTOBER emphasis and table setting. Love the sweet tea cup of the month! So glad you shared and linked. Did you see the link with the teapot? Nancy has the teapot:

  4. Oh my gosh Karen, I collect everything! lol Your October tea is lovely, I showed the same October teacup on my post! You have every month's teacup, wow, that is impressive! You should do a post on all them together, like maybe at the end of the year or for the new year, that would be fun!
    Have a great weekend,

  5. Lovely! Here in Oregon we are having wind and rain, too.

  6. Karen, these pieces are so pretty, and I love your little October angel. My daddy was an October birthday guy.♥

Happy Pink Saturday. Thank you for sharing and making Pink Saturday special.

  7. Congratulations on completing your RA Flower of the Month collection! I'd love to own January since it's my birth month.

  8. Congratulations on finishing your collection. That must be very satisfying! As I am typing this, my cat Abbey, has decided to come lay across my arms making it most difficult! :-) I would love to have a full collection of the 12 months, but sadly I do not have room for any more. I pray you enjoy the rest of your weekend, and please send some rain to So Cal!

  9. Karen, that's wonderful you now have the entire set! Congratulations! I only have the December teacup but would like to have the June one since it's my birth month. Currently I'm collecting the Royal Albert Blossom Series. I only need two more teacups. Of course I would love to add more Shelley to my collection but they tend to be challenging on the budget. Like Gina wrote above, I also would love to see the collection photographed all together.

  10. Karen, how nice that you have all twelve of the teacups! I love the plate too. I would love to have trios for all my teacups but it's doubtful that will ever happen. It would be lovely to have all the months of my family's birthdays though. I think you should photograph all your months together. That would make a fun post. Thank you for sharing another pretty post.
