Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Dear Tea Friends!

Do you believe it? Another year is nearly behind us.

GREETINGS on Scroll Silver Horseshoe Pink Roses Vintage 1913 New Year Postcard:

I  wanted to share with you
my Royal Albert's Flower of the Month Series  teacup collection that I finally completed this year.

I really don't know which is my favourite because I treasure them all and display one every month on my kitchen windowsill.

I have a few of the matching luncheon plates.  Maybe this will be my 2017 treasure hunting goal.

Good-bye to December for another year!

See you in January Sweet Friends!

Wishing you and Your Family

A Safe and Healthy 2017!

  1. Karen:
I can't believe you have all of these birthday of the month Royal Albert's. I was thinking that you were the one that had the teapot too but maybe I'm wrong. I saw it a while back on someone's blog. I saw one once in an antique mall in Denver. I think your display is so perfect for "Happy New Year"! Thanks so much for participating in my party!

    1. Hi Bernideen,
Nancy at Two Cottages and Tea has the teapot and cream and sugar. I have just ordered the teapot from ebay because I loved it so (it was make an offer and so I offered half of what they were asking and they agreed). Thank you for being so faithful each week with your tea parties!

  2. Karen, this year really flew, didn't it! Love them all, but July is my favorite (though it is definitely not my favorite month of the year!).

  5. Congratulations on completing your RA Flower of the Month Series teacup collection! The January teacup is my favourite because that's my birth month.

I've made a resolution to stop buying teas or teawares in 2017 so I'll have to live vicariously through you and the other bloggers. We'll see how long my resolve will last. HA!

    Happy New Year, Karen!

P.S. I hope you find some bloggers in B.C.

  6. Congratulations on owning all the birthday months of Royal Albert teacups and a few lovely plates as well! They look splendid displayed on your table. I am going to cut back on my collecting in the new year because we are playing to downsize. I do have one more item to share before I do that however. We'll see how this resolution goes. It's not easy walking away from these beautiful treasures but I have been doing pretty well lately. Happy New Year, Karen! May 2017 be filled with many blessings for you and your family.

    Hugs,
    Sandi

  7. Hi Karen, how fun seeing all your RA month teacups in one photo! I adore them all but I think the December pattern is the most striking and elegant of them all.
    Happy New Year!
