A White Rose Tea

Welcome Sweet Friends,

To a White Rose Tea

Since the restorations are still underway at home I am pleased to have another tea time at the cottage garden.

Today I am using a nesting table as our table;
I love the shape.

And an old chair that I found for $3.00 which I painted white,

And thankfully my white roses which are once again in bloom!

Yesterday my daughter and I attempted to make a cheese cake.  Would you like to taste a tiny sliver?

It's quite rich, isn't it?

How about  some tea to take away the sweetness?

I am using my Mason's Vista Demitasse and tea plate.

The creamer is really a vintage measuring cup.

The teapot you have seen before but it is one of my favourites at the cottage.

Thank you for visiting with me for

A White Rose Tea today!

Have a wonderful week!
Karen

  5. Love what you did with the little 3-legged stool. Did you make the cover yourself?
Hope you had a pleasant BC Day.

    1. Hi Pamela,
Thanks for the kind words. The cover on the stool is just a lacy doily. I wish I had your wonderful sewing skills to make something myself. Take care,
      Karen

  10. Hi Karen. Our renos are still ongoing in Vancouver too! It's wonderful that the weather is so fine that you can have tea outside and get away form them. Love the red service and it's brilliant that you used the measuring cup as the creamer. :)
